Conclusion is the final part of any written work. - The structure of the work should be fluent and coherent. Thus, the first step you should take before writing a conclusion is to reread the whole essay. - In order to make the closure of the text logical and consistent in terms of the whole essay, it should be somehow connected to the introductory part. As an example, it may contain some collocations from the title or the introduction.

- Phrases such as “in conclusion”, “to sum up” are basically useless in the essay. It is obvious when the essay comes to an end. These linking words are too stocked. Think of a more outstanding way to draw the reader’s attention.
- Avoid downplaying your own point of view. Don’t find excuses for what you are writing. Forget about phrases like “there may be other, better thoughts….” There are always other thoughts and the endless number of ways to present them. However, it doesn’t mean that you have to underline the insignificance of your point for that reason. Stay confident and make the reader feel certainty in your words as well.
- Refrain from summarizing every single point you’ve made through the essay. The final part should be short and up to the point.
